Most routine tests are covered by OHIP. Private and insurance billing also accepted.
Most routine blood tests, ECG, and urinalysis are covered with a valid Ontario health card and physician requisition.
We direct-bill most major insurers. Bring your insurance card and policy number for non-OHIP tests.
Pay at the centre with any major credit card or Interac debit. Itemised receipts provided for benefit claims.
Workplace injury and motor vehicle accident billing accepted. Bring your claim number and relevant documentation.
